Please kindly be informed that Computer Service Centre has scheduled to upgrade the Macintosh server (XSRV1) at the end of July. Arrangements and details are listed as follows:
Date & Time: 9:00 a.m., July 28, 2008 (Monday) - 5:30 p.m., August 1, 2008 (Friday) Services Affected: Network drives for the Macintosh computers
During this period users can login to and use the Macintosh computers as usual, but they will not be able to access the files stored on the network drives. As a preventive measure, users are recommended to backup their personal data stored on the Macintosh network drives before the Macintosh server upgrade.
