About CSC
  Who is CSC?
  Computer Service Centre (CSC) facilitates and supports the Institute's teaching, learning, research, administration and communication by providing an up-to-date, cost-effective and efficient information technology (I.T.) environment.
  Computer Service Centre is organized into two working teams operating under the directions of the corresponding team leaders, and department head.
  Applications Development Team is mainly responsible for:

. Central information system services
. Information systems analysis, development and maintenance
. MIS account management, support and training

  Technical Support Team is mainly responsible for:

. Hardware & software evaluation, purchase, installation and maintenance
. Network, Intranet and Internet services administration
. System integration and campus computing facilities support
. User account management, support and training.

  Where to find us?
  CSC offices are located on the 2nd floor of the administrative building in MPI central campus. The central computer systems, network devices and data communication equipment are located in the server room which is next to the CSC offices.
  CSC Helpdesk Counter provides technical support to all students and staff to resolve computer related issues. CSC helpdesk counter is located in room A201 of the academic building in the headquarters. It is nearby the entrance of the Lam Kan Collection. The glass window reception remains open during the timetable provided below to allow all members of MPI to access.
  Helpdesk Counter Timetable
Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

9:00 to 13:00

14:30 to 20:00

  A Laboratory Assistant is stationed at A213 Headquarters, from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  Students / Staff can request service or report computer problems to our centre through the following ways:

. Call our support hotline 85996-152 during office hours.
. Approach the CSC Helpdesk Counter at A201 or the Laboratory Assistant at A213.
. Submit requests via the web-based service request system (SRMS) at

  Note: Owing to security concerns, students should not send account-related maintenance requests to helpdesk via Email or telephone (i.e. reset account password). Helpdesk will not process such requests unless the requests have been confirmed and submitted by the corresponding school administrative office or if student could present the Macau ID and student ID cards to helpdesk staff at helpdesk counter located at A201 for authentication.
