Troubleshooting (before you seek help from the helpdesk)
1. Projector is on but there is no display.
Check if:

- The device you want to display (either desktop computer, VCR, notebook, CD/DVD) is turned on. For notebook computers, consult with the computer manual to output display to external monitor.
- The correct source is selected from the control panel (either "NOTEBOOK" for notebook, "PC" for desktop computer, "VIDEO" for video camera or VCR)
- The connection cables are firmly and correctly attached in the connection panel.
Check the correct connections above.

2. I have followed the steps mentioned above and still the projector doesn't show the desktop computer image.
You may have to synchronise the projector signal with the computer. Please, refer to the troubleshooting instructions stuck on the control panel.
3. The desktop computer is on but there is no display in the monitor.
Check if:

- the monitor is already switched on.
- all power cables are firmly connected to the power supply.
- the connection cables between the computer and the monitor are also firmly attached.

4. The notebook display is not correct.
Check if:
- your display setting does not match the projector.
You may need to change the resolution in the computer.
