How to use
the Multimedia Language Labs in Headquarters
|
| All Multimedia Language Labs in the Headquarters are equipped with a software-based language lab system, Infinity DLL, that has regular classroom control features, as well as specific language teaching activities (speaking practice, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, oral discussions, etc.). |

| When any of the
Lab equipment does not work,
you may contact CSC helpdesk counter
at room A201 (ext. 152/108) during office hours or contact
our Lab Assistant at A213 (ext. 147)
from Monday to Saturday (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 10pm). |
When something
breaks or disappears, please use the online
Service Request Management System (http://srms/)
or send email to helpdesk@ipm.edu.mo
and inform immediately the unit in charge of the Lab:
